This is a DV access point Dongle you could say a small mini repeater.
This is a raspberry pi, it has a sd card with the information written on it and is connected to the DV access point and to the internet, a power cord which runs at 5m-watts.
The radio is a icom 2820 running on low power, it is set on 145560 MHz it has the reflectors program in the radio
